Original passage
We love shoes and have been guilty of subjecting out our feet to pain because of fashion. We wear shies that restrict our movements and the heels put pressure of our whole body on the front of our feet. These affect our posture and bone tructure.
Now, Kybun footwear (also known as Kyboots) is made differently from other shoes. They are not just ahoes but also health and training equipment. They are soft and have high spring effect. "We have national athletes who have used these shoes and found them to increase their speed and jumping ability," claims Karl Muller, the founder of this Swiss footwear.
Kyboots do not wear out easily. Even if they are worn eight hours a day, the soles will not even wear out a milimetre. They also make you feel barefooted and your heels are not grazed.
It may sound expensive to pay RM1000 for just a pair of shoes but they train the leg muscles. Some people who want to relax their backs may also want to buy them.

A story of a daily life of a pair of shoes
Every morning is a bless for me. It is time to wake up and live my life to its fullest. I start the normal day around 6.00 o'clock in the morning and step out of the house. My destination is none other than the famous and lively Kuhara High.
As usual, as I arrive at Kuhara High, full of smiles, my friends greet me. Without hesitation and heart full of hope, I step confidently towards my classroom. Teachers come and go but I am here whole-heartedly waiting for the knowledge poured to us.
By afternoon, the classes are done and it is time to go home. Others will carry on my duty. Nike or Adidas should already awake by then and I will lay rest in this cozy shoe rack till the next morning bright sun rises again.

CNY Holidays Activities
"The only thing bad about a holiday is it is followed by a non-holiday"
-Anon-
Assalamualaikum...
How's your Chinese New Year (CNY) Holidays spent? It's a 7 days of holidays and there are a lot of things can be done within that 7 days. Mine could be called a "semi-holidays". Hahaha. By looking at the word, I think you'll understand what it meant.
Softball Training
Since the tournament is this coming Tuesday (31 Jan.), the school softball team was having our training session on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. We spent about 3 - 4 hours in every training session to ensure our fitness and readiness to face challengers from other schools and retain our championship that we had last year.As a defending champion for this year, we ought to put a good fight in both categories, boys and girls. Therefore, any gaffe is not an excuse for us.
Even it was raining during most of the training hours, I was still getting darker. That was when I realized that it is not the hot makes us dark but the sun rays.
Camping
22 - 24 Jan., Scouts Movement of Kuhara High was holding an orientation camp for the new members. There were about 90 participants camped in the Kuhara High School Field. I spent two nights sleeping in my 'bungalow' tent peacefully. This yearly event was really meaningful and nostalgic for me as I was also once a new scout and I always remember my first camp.
What was special about the camp this year is, we had a 'free firework show' on the first night because it was the eve of CNY. About midnight, we were surrounded by the glimpsing fireworks. Since we were camping on the field, we could see every fireworks fired from some housing areas nearby the school area.

Weddings
I attended 2 wedding receptions. Mr. Ahmad Fairuz and Mrs. Fakhriyah's reception and Mr. Nasaruddin and Mrs. Masliani's reception. Both newly wed were looked astounding. I wish the marriage will be last forever and brings happiness in their life.
That was how my CNY holidays mostly spent. Other that those above, I spent most of my time at home. In front of this computer, I did a lot of web browsing for information, FB-ing, playing DoTA and Ninja-RPG and reading my students' blogs. How about your holiday? Till tomorrow then...

New Year Comes with New Hopes Again!
Assalamualaikum...
Wow! It's been a tough year for me in 2011. A lot of things happened and it all really changed my directions sometimes. Too many sweat had been shed. Yet, none really did any good. That's what happened early of 2011.
It all changed when it came to the end of it. I got my head up straight again and focus on things in my hand. I'd also start experiencing new things and found some new things were really the things i would like to do and focus more in 2012. One thing I'm proud of in 2011 was I was able to reach the summit of Mount Kinabalu (Low's Peak) in 2011. What a big achievement for a big guy like me.
Anyway, I hope that 2012 would be a magnificent year for me.There are few milestones need to be reached and few benchmark need to be achieved. It's all thanks to Allah the Almighty to give me this opportunity to strive for excellence.
I'll post more in 2012 (InsyaAllah). It's hard to maintain a momentum of the spirit and hopefully it will last longer this time! Till tomorrow then...
